Prices are given per night/per bedroom/single or double occupancy/breakfast included
To avoid disappointment, bookings should be made as early as possible, as we are a family home, with a single guestroom available.

E-mail inquiries are all answered, with the total price of the stay.

Whenever possible, we prefer to confirm via e-mail prices given over the phone.

Bookings are confirmed only after downpayment of 30% of total amount for the stay.

Although guests are welcome to stay for a single night according to vacancy, we do not take bookings in advance for single nights.
Children under 18 are welcome at the pool, under the supervision of an adult.

Although as a general rule, there is no time restriction to use the swimming pool, we shall restrict access without notice whenever necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, prices listed below  are per bedroom,  single or double occupancy, breakfasts included.

Breakfast includes : orange juice, plain natural yogurt served with castor sugar or homemade jam, fresh croissant, fresh bread, butter, tea, coffe or hot chocolate.

Kettle, mugs instant coffe and tea bags are at our guests disposal in bedrooms.

Bathrooms are provided with towels, hand towels, and pool towels, as well as hair dryer and shower gel.

Towels are changed as often as requested, when dropped in the shower or bathtube.

When guests are staying several days, bed linen is changed every 4 nights, with a complete cleaning service.

Prices include linen, weekdays cleaning service, and weekly pool and garden service.

The whole house, with a total of 5 bedrooms/4bathrooms, can accomodate a maximum of 10 persons.
